3. Third-party services. Charts on the Website are powered by TradingView. Trading connectivity and market data are provided through Rithmic and the trading firm that issued your account. Your use of a trading account is also governed by that firm's terms.
4. No investment advice. Nothing on the Website is investment, financial or trading advice. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.
5. Disclaimer. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MintCharts is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Website.
