[email protected]Which prop firms work with MintCharts?
Any prop firm that issues Rithmic logins can enable MintCharts for your account, as long as this is in line with the firm's policy. Not sure whether yours has? Ask your firm's support.
Is it really free?
Yes. MintCharts doesn't charge traders. Market data comes through your trading account at your prop firm.
My sign-in was denied (code 13). What now?
A Rithmic login can be open in only one platform at a time. Log out of any other Rithmic platform, wait a couple of minutes and sign in again. To switch platforms later, use Exit in MintCharts first.
Which instruments can I trade?
Futures on CME, NYMEX, COMEX and CBOT: equity indexes (ES, NQ, RTY, YM and their micros), FX, energies, metals, agriculturals, rates and crypto — 40+ contracts. Which of them you can trade depends on the market data your prop firm's account is entitled to.
What do I need to run it?
A computer with any modern browser. Open the terminal in one browser tab — not several at once.
How do I reach support?
Email [email protected] with your account ID, the time with your time zone and a screenshot if you can. We read the inbox during US stock market hours. If you need to manage a position urgently, contact your prop firm's support.
